摘  要:为了探讨乳化沥青冷再生混合料全面的性能参数,对0%-100%的6种不同RAP含量的乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行了室内试验研究与回归分析。结果表明:抗压回弹模量与抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度与破坏劲度模量、弯拉应变与弯拉强度都随RAP用量的增加而呈线性减少;动稳定度随RAP用量的增加而呈指数函数减少;渗水系数随RAP用量的增加呈二次多项式减少;冻融劈裂强度比TSR随RAP用量的增加变化不大,但远低于规范的技术要求;同温下的抗压回弹模量与劈裂抗拉强度有较好幂函数关系。根据材料的抗压回弹模量与劈裂抗拉强度,把乳化沥青冷再生材料分主四类。In order to discuss the performance parameters of cold reclaimed asphalt mixture with emulsified asphalt, laboratory tests and regression analysis on six mixtures having 0% to 100% RPA contents were carried out.The result shows that (1) all the compressive resilient modulus, compressive strength, split tensile strength, failure stiffness modulus, flexural-tensile strain and strength decrease linearly with the increment of RPA content; (2) both dynamic stability (DS) and water permeability coefficient decrease with RPA content following an exponential function and a quadratic polynomial function respectively; (3) the freezing-thawing split tensile strength rate (TSR) changes little with the increment of RPA content which is far below the requirement of standard and criteria; (4) the compressive resilient modulus and split tensile strength have a good power function relationship at the same temperature.According to the compressive resilient modulus and split tensile strength, the cold reclaimed asphalt mixture with emulsified asphalt was divided into four kinds.
