摘 要:目的研究中药猫人参的低极性化学成分。方法GC-MS的色谱条件:柱温,从60℃开始,保持2min,以20℃/min的速度升到300℃,并保持5min;气化温度为250℃;载气为高纯度氦气,流量1.0ml/min。质谱条件:EI离子源,电子能量70 eV,离子源温度200℃。结果经毛细管色谱分析,共分离出41个峰,并确认其中31种成分,应用色谱峰面积归一法分析各成分的相对含量,结果含量较高的成分有22,23-二溴豆甾醇乙酯(15.20%)、三环[4.1.1.0(2,5)]辛烷(8.58%)、正十六烷酸(6.10%)等。结论猫人参低极性组分复杂,其药理作用有待于深入研究。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents with low polarity in roots of Actinidia valvata Dunn. Methods Constituents with low polarity were identified by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry ( GC - MS) data with Focus DSQ GC - MS system. The GC conditions were as follows : column, VF - 5ms ( 30m × 0.25mm,0.25μm, VARIAN Company ) ; carrier gas ( N2 ) flow rate, 1.0 ml/min; temperature program, isotherm 2 min at 60℃, 20℃ /min gradient to 300℃, isotherm 5 min; injection temperature, 250℃; detector temperature, 200℃. The EI was 70eV. Results Forty- one chromatographical peaks were separated and 31 chemical constituents were identified, including 22,23- dibromostigmasterol acetate (15.20%), trieyclo[4.1.1.0(2,5 )] octane (8.58%) and n -hexadecanoie acid (6.10%) , and so on. Conclusion The chemical composition with low polarity in roots of Aetinidia valvata Dunn is very complicated and its pharmacological action remains to be further studied.
