摘  要:目的采用微波辅助萃取法提取,以分光光度法测定细梗胡枝子叶中的总黄酮含量。方法单因素法优化微波提取条件为:使用75%乙醇,在液固比70 ml/g下,加热至75℃后持续辐射15 min。结果与传统的乙醇浸提法和超声法相比,微波法具有操作简便,经济可靠,重现性好等特点。结论微波法适合推广应用于各类中草药中总黄酮含量测定的样品前处理。Objective To extract total flavones from Lespedeza virgata ( Thunb. ) DC. by microwave - assisted extraction and determine its content by absorption spectroscopy. Methods The extracted conditions of flavones were optimized as 70 ml/g of 75% ethanol to leaves weight ratio and solution temperature of 75℃ for 15 min. Results Compared with moeeration and ultrasonic -assisted extraction, microwave - assisted extraction was simple and accurate with good reproducibility. Conclusion It is suitable for the determination of flavone in many kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.
