摘  要:目的研究附子炮制前后对急性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法用戊巴比妥钠造成大鼠急性心衰,各组均以给药前各项指标对照,16道生理记录仪同步记录左室内压(LVSP),左室舒张末期压(LVEDP),左室内压最大上升速率(+dp/dtm ax),左室内压最大下降速率(-dp/dtmin),HR,动态观察炮制前后不同剂量的附子对急性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响。结果生附子给药10 min后,+dp/dtm ax和LVSP分别较模型上升57.38%±22.70%和45.05%±22.34%(P<0.001);炮附子给药15 min后,+dp/dtm ax和LVSP分别较模型上升39.65%±16.19%和32.66%±8.56%(P<0.001),且维持时间长,30 min时作用仍显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论附子炮制前后各剂量组对急性心衰大鼠的血流动力学指标有显著的改善作用并成一定的量-效、时-效关系。Objective To investigate the influence of Aconite roots and processed Aconite roots in different dosages on hemodynamics in rats with acute heart failure (AHF). Methods The model of acute heart failure in SD rats was induced by injecting Propafeone Hydrochloride and the hemodynamic parameters were detected. Results Cardiotonic effect of Aconite roots was evident, at 10 minute with Aconite roots the + dp/dtmax was increased 57.38% ± 22.56% (P 〈 0. 001 ), and LVSP was increased 45.05% ±22.34% (P 〈0. 001 ) , the effect of processing Aconite roots was slow and not very evident but kept a long time, at 15 minute with processing Aconite roots the + dp/dtmax was increased 39.65% ± 16.19% and LVSP was increased 32.66% ± 8. 56% (P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion Aconite roots and processing Aconite roots can evidently increase hemodynamic markers in a dose - dependent manner.
