摘 要:目的探讨不同舌色颜色数据在三维空间中的分布特征。方法由临床医生选取舌色样本的数据,获得706例数字舌图的色度值,其中淡白舌25例,淡红舌445例,红舌236例。在CIELAB颜色空间以及由CIELAB空间转化的LCH颜色空间中,使用Matlab软件对各类舌色色度值的分布特征进行描述。结果3种舌色在CIELAB和LCH空间中,均呈现较为规整的分布特征,外观上大致呈立体梭形状;3种舌色在L*-a*、a*-b*、L*-C*和C*-H*平面中均呈现规则的梯形分布,说明淡白舌的明度最高,彩度最低;红舌的明度最低,彩度最高;3种舌色在L*-b*和L*-H*平面中表现为重叠在一起。结论CIELAB和LCH空间均适用于对3种舌色的分类,每种舌色分别占据一定的空间位置。由CIELAB颜色空间转化而来的LCH颜色空间,在描述舌色方面更加直观。将舌色在颜色空间中的分布位置与中医的临床观察相结合进行舌诊研究,有助于推进舌诊客观化的研究步伐。Objective To investigate the space distribution characteristic of different tongue colors. Methods Using the data collection method of the tongue color sample manual choosing, the different tongue color data of 706 cases digital picture were got, including 25 cases of the light white tongue, 445 cases of the light red tongue, 236 cases of the red tongue. In visual measurement space - - the CIELAB and the LCH color space, the space distribution characteristic of different tongue color values has been described. Results ( 1 ) In the CIELAB and the LCH color space, three tongue color data appeared the fusiform 3D shape distribution; (2)Three tongue color datum appeared the regular trapezoid distribution in the L^* - a^* the a^* - b^* plane, the L ^* - C^* plane and the C^* - H^* plane, which indicated that the lightness of the light white tongue was the highest and the chroma of those was the lowest, and that the lightness of the red tongue was lowest and the chroma of those was the highest. (3) Three tongue color datum appeared overlaid in the L^* - b^* plane, and the L^* - H^* plane. Conclusion ( 1 ) The CIELAB and the LCH color space were the optimal for classifying the three tongue color approximated the light red color, in which the three tongue color dif- ferently occupied the certain spatial location. (2) The LCH color space translated by the CIELAB may be more optimal for the other tongue color description with the exception of red tongue, which were more intuitionistic for the tongue color description. ( 3 ) Matching the tongue color space distribution with the clinical observation may promote the impersonality process of tongue color diagnosis.
