蒿鳖养阴软坚方对四氯化碳所致肝纤维化的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨蒿鳖养阴软坚方治疗CCl4等所致肝纤维化的作用。方法0.5 ml CCl4/100 g wt皮下注射16次(后15次注射用CCl4∶橄榄油=4∶6,V/V)辅以10%乙醇为饮料制备肝纤维化模型,成模后以蒿鳖养阴软坚方治疗,灌胃用药[24.48 g/kg(生药/体重)和8.16 g/kg,每周6 d]2个月。结果8.16 g/kg蒿鳖养阴软坚方能明显降低肝纤维化大鼠肝组织胶原蛋白含量及血清透明质酸和IV型胶原(P<0.05)。结论蒿鳖养阴软坚方具有治疗CCl4等所致肝纤维化的作用。Objective To estimate the effect of Hao - bie Yangyin Ruanjian Prescription in treating hepatic fibrosis caused by CCl4. Methods Hepatic fibrosis models prepared by subcutaneously injecting 0.5ml CCl4/100g BW into rats for 16 times （ in each of the last 15 times, CC14 with olive oil （V/V=4/6） was injected） and feeding them with 10% ethanol. After the models established, the rats were treated with Hao -bie Yangyin Ruanjian Prescription per os [ 24.48 g/kg （crude drug/BW） and 8.16 g/kg, six days per weekl for 2 months. Results The Hao- bie Yangyin Ruanjian Prescription at the dosage of 8.16g/kg could significantly reduce the content of collagen in liver, serum hyaluronic acid and type - Ⅳ collagen level in rats with hepatic fibrosis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hao - bie Yangyin Ruanjian Prescription can treat hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4.
