摘 要:目的观察超微百草粉对大鼠高脂血症及脂肪肝的预防和治疗作用。方法采用长期高脂饮食诱导大鼠高脂血症并形成脂肪肝的动物模型,实验分为超微百草粉治疗组、模型对照组和正常组,检测各组肝指数、肝功能、血脂、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及肝组织学改变。结果高脂血症性脂肪肝模型组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)均显著升高(P<0.001),TG无统计学意义,HDL显著降低(P<0.001),肝指数升高(P<0.05),肝组织学中显示肝重度脂肪变;超微百草粉剂量组TC,ALT,AST均显著下降(P<0.001),TG有所降低,但无统计学意义,HDL显著升高(P<0.001),肝指数无统计学意义,肝组织学较模型组病变明显减轻。结论超微百草粉对大鼠高脂血症和脂肪肝有明显的预防和治疗作用。Objective To investigate the preventive effects and therapeutic effect of uhramicrohecto -herb powder(UHHP) on blood lipid and liver in rats. Methods Hyperlipemia and adiposis hepatica model was induced by high - fat diet in rats. Thirty - two Sprague- Dawley rats weighing (59 ± 12)g were randomly divided into three groups:Uhramicrohecto- herb powder(UHHP) group, model group and control group. The serum TC, TG, HDL - c and AST, ALT were tested by biochemistry, and the liver was weighed and separated for histopathologic analysis. Results Compared with control group, serum TC and AST, ALT were increased in model group (P 〈 0. 001 ) , HDL -c was decreased significantly (P 〈 0. 001 ) , and liver index were increased (P 〈 0.05). The pathological sections of liver showed fatty degeneration. Compared with model group, UHHP decreased serum TC, AST and ALT (P 〈0. 001 ), increased HDL- c in rats. Blood serum TG and liver index had no significant change(P 〈 0.05 ). The pathological sections showed that there were fewer fatty degeneration in UHHP treatment rats. Conclusion UHHP have significant preventive effects and therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia and adiposis hepatica in rats.
