媒介物质对松香施胶性能影响的初步探讨

摘　　要：利用实验室自制的阳离子分散松香胶,与碳酸锆铵一起对纸张进行浸渍施胶,利用碳酸锆铵与松香羧基之间的反应,研究碳酸锆铵对阳离子分散松香胶的施胶促进作用。并将碳酸锆铵与硫酸铝一起使用,研究这两者在松香施胶中的相互作用及对松香施胶的影响。其中包括阳离子分散松香胶、硫酸铝、碳酸锆铵加入量、加入比例和施胶pH值对松香施胶性能的影响。结果表明,当阳离子分散松香胶用量与碳酸锆铵用量比为4:1时,可以获得较满意的施胶效果;当硫酸铝与碳酸锆铵共同用于松香施胶时,施胶度随碳酸锆铵用量的增加而降低。Rosin mordant is important auxiliary material for preparing paper with satisfying sizing properties used as retention aids. In this paper, Carbonic acid ammonium zirconium salt （AZC） and alum sulfate were used as rosin mordents in dipping sizing. Their characters and performances were studied in this paper. The effects of dosages of cationic rosin sizes, AZC and alum sulfate, as well as the proportion of them were investigated. The results show that satisfied sizing degree was obtained when the mass ratio of rosin to AZC was 4：1. However, the introduction of alum sulfate together with AZC can not enhance the sizing degree of rosin sizes.
