地方财政支出结构变化及其影响——基于江苏省徐州市的数据分析

摘　　要：作为发达省份欠发达地区的江苏省徐州市,"九五"以来,地方财政支出结构发生了较大的变化。分析表明,该市地方财政支出的结构调整呈现出工业化初期地方政府财政发展的基本特征,即过度追求建设性投入的倾向。文章通过实证分析的方法对地方政府财政支出结构变化的进行了相关性论证后认为,徐州市现行财政支出结构有待于优化。Xuzhou is a less developed region in developed provinces. There are significant changes in its local fiscal expenditures structure since 9th Five Year Plan. These changes reflected the excessive pursuit of constructive input in Xuzhou. Based on the empirical analysis, we researched on the fiscal expenditures structure change. We think it is important that Xuzhou need optimize the fiscal expenditure structure.
