我国钢门窗的发展及存在问题

摘　　要：随着住宅产业的发展和国家对居住建筑保温节能的要求的提高，给彩板门窗的发展带来新的机遇。钢门窗的发展现状是：彩板门窗由于其性能较好、价格合理、技术成熟，得到广泛的推广和应用；开发了３５型空腹双玻保温窗、３０系列无中梃双玻保温窗等能满足节能要求的新窗型，替代２５Ａ和沪６８系列空腹钢窗；实腹窗的产量逐年减少；不锈钢与金属复合门窗问世。新产品开发工作进展慢，对彩板门窗的质量保证重视不够，以降低门窗质量为代价来压低价格，宣传不力等都是该行业目前存在的问题。There will be a new developing opportunity for colored steel frame for door & window along with the development of residential building industry with the requirement of energy saving. The steel frame for door & window is facing the present situation: colored steel frame for door & window is having a wide application for its good performance, reasonable price and matured technology; the 35-style hollow double-sheet thermal insulation window is developed; the 25A-series has been replaced by the 30-series with no central post double-sheet thermal insulation window which meets the energy saving requirement; the annual output of solid window reduces gradually; stainless steel and metal compound frame for door & window come out. However, the new product developing speed is still slow and the quality of colored steel frame for door & window has not been given enough concern, by deteriorating the quality to reduce the price, and the advertising for this product is not enough, etc. these are all the problems existing in this industry.
