摘　　要：介绍了DR节能型双层甲醇合成塔内件的特点、使用及配套的工艺,论述了其具有的优点。通过使用效果分析,证明了其阻力低、气体分布均匀、生产能力大、催化剂装卸方便、操作调节手段灵活、热回收效率高的特点,为甲醇合成塔大型化开辟了一条新途径。The features, use and its associated process are presented of the DR energy-saving type double-layer internal of methanol reactor, and its strong points are also described. The operation effect indicates that the internal has the characters of low resistance, even gas distribution, large production capacity, easy for catalyst loading and unloading, flexible adjustment, high heat recovery. It opens up a way for developing large-scale methanol reactor.
