摘　　要：通过对30 kt/a料浆浓缩法磷酸一铵装置不断进行技术改造,开发和引进了磷矿破碎回流供浆、磷酸料浆快速萃取反应、密闭绕动中和、热泵回收高温冷凝水、废热水蒸发液氨和萃取尾气洗涤循环吸收等技术,使装置年生产能力达到150 kt;并应用新型SC-3450絮凝剂,改善了料浆结晶性能,提高了洗涤效果;改进PF-42盘式过滤机、400HH-42料浆循环泵等设备的局部结构,达到了提产增效、节能降耗的目的。By continual technological renovation of the 30 kt/a monoammonium phosphate unit based on slurry concentration, several technologies have been developed and introduced from abroad, i.e. , crushing of phosphate rock for reflux of slurry feed, rapid extraction and reaction of phosphoric acid slurry, closed disturbance in neutralization, recovery of high-temperature condensate with the heat pump, liquid ammonia evaporation with waste hot water, and extraction tail gas washing and cyclic ab sorption, so that the production capacity of the unit reaches 150 kt/a; the use of the new-type SC-3450 flocculant improves the slurry crystallization properties and the washing effect; and the improvement on the partial structure of the PF-42 pan filter and the 400HH-42 slurry circulation pump attains the objective of an increase in output, rise in benefit, saving in energy and decrease in consumption.
