摘  要:利用PC机、单片机及传感器等,提出了设计思路,通过对系统的组成框图、电路实现、程序流程、检测项目等的介绍,开发研制了一种新型的智能电子台秤检测系统。该系统经实验测试,表明性能优良,原先手工测试需要十几分才能完成一台电子台秤测试项目,现在只需3~5分就能完成,使电子台秤出厂检验效率提高了2倍以上,具有良好的推广应用价值。By using PC, single chip microcomputer and sensor etc, a new detection system of intelligent platform scales has been developed and designed. In the paper, the structure framework, the implementation of circuit, the procedures and the detecting items etc. have been introduced in great detail after the design being put forward. The experimental detection of the system indicates that the device is of excellent performance, because it takes more than 10 minutes to complete all the testing items of an electronic platform scale by means of original manual detecting, while it takes only 3 to 5 minutes to do it by using the new system, which will greatly enable the electronic platform scale manufacturers to double their output check-up efficiency, therefore, it has a good potential of popularization and application.
