摘　　要：民营经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,民营经济的发展促进了社会的进步。而民营经济的发展也相应地推动了行政组织法以及公共行政的变革,探讨了民营经济给目前的组织法带来的挑战以及作为政府应当如何调整职能,来适应这种变革。The private economy is an important part of the socialist market economy. The development of the private economy has promoted the social progress. The development of the private economy also correspondingly promoted the administrative organization law, as well as public administration reform. This article is to discuss the challenge the private economy has brought to the current law, as well as how to adjust the functions of government to adapt to this change.
