中药百合总皂苷元成分指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的:建立百合药材的HPLC指纹图谱研究方法。方法:Phenomenex C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:0.7 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:203 nm;流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱。结果:该方法具有良好的稳定性和重复性,26个百合样品共标定了14个共有色谱峰。结论:本试验建立了中药百合中总皂苷元成分的HPLC指纹图谱,为百合药材的真伪鉴别提供了科学依据。Objective： To determine the HPLC fingerprint of Lily. Method： Phenomenex C18 （ 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm ）colour spectrum post was used; Flow rate： 0.7 mL/min; Post temperature： 30 ℃; Check wavelength： 203 nm; Grad is washed coming off by mobile phase mixed of acetonitrile-water. Result： Fourteen same peaks in the HPLC profile were found in the 26 Lily samples.The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. Conclusion： The fingerprint of total sapogen in Lily was firstly established.It will be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Lily.
