复方黄连液制备工艺与质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄连液的制备工艺与质量标准。方法:运用水提醇沉法提取药材,制备复方黄连液,采用薄层色谱法对黄芪、黄连、当归做定性鉴别。结果:水提醇沉法能很好地提取复方黄连液处方中的有效成分,薄层色谱法可检测处方中的黄芪、黄连、当归。鉴别方法灵敏、专属。结论:本制剂工艺合理,建立的定性方法可作为本品的质量标准。Objective： To invstigate the preparation technology and quality standard of compound coptidis rhizoma liquid. Method： Ethanol subsiding method were uesd to abstract the drug materials and prepare compound coptidis rhizoma liquid. TLC method was used to make a qualitation identification for milkvetch root, golden thread, chinese angelica. Result： Ethanol subsiding method could abstract the effective compontents in the preparation commendably, and TLC method could inpect out milkvetch root, golden thread, chinese angelica in the preparation. The method was sensitive and specific. Conclusion： The preparation technology is reasonable, and eatablished method can be used as quality standard.
