摘　　要：目的探讨治疗舟状骨骨不连的方法。方法2002年1月~2009年2月对14例腕部舟状骨骨不连患者,采用带蒂桡骨骨瓣加Herbert螺钉内固定治疗。结果平均随访时间24个月,全部达优良,骨折全部愈合。根据Constant-Murley评分,治疗前与治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P（0.01）。结论对于腕舟状骨骨不连,采用带蒂桡骨骨瓣加Herbert螺钉内固定为腕舟状骨不连提供一种理想且有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the treatment outcome of scaphoid nonunion. Methods From January 2002 to February 2009,14 cases of scaphoid nonunion were involved ,open reduction, stylectomy plus vascularized radial per- iosteum graft and internal fixation with Herbert screws were done. Results Follow - up averaged 24 months. Accord- ing to the evaluation, all cases achieved excellent and good. All lesions of fracture union was obtained. There were sig- nificant differences in Constant - Murley score between prior - treatment and post - treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclu- sions For scaphoid nonunion, stylectomy plus vascularized radial periosteum graft and internal fixation with Herbert screws is an ideal and effective option.
