超声引导下水压灌肠复位治疗小儿急性肠套叠

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下水压灌肠对小儿急性肠套叠复位的疗效。方法126例小儿诊断为急性肠套叠,其中108例采用B超下水压灌肠复位治疗。结果108例肠套叠患儿中例复位成功101例,复位成功率93.5%(101/108)其中7例转为手术治疗。结论B超下水压灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠疗效满意,水压灌肠技术简易,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of reduction of hydrostatic enema in ultrasound guided for acute intussusception in infants. Methods One hundred and twenty - six infants with acute intussusception were diag- nosed . and 108 cases of them were treated by hydrostatic enema in ultrasound guided. Results One hundred and one of 108 cases were successfully cured, and rate of curry was 93.5% （101/108）. 7 cases were transferred to operative treatment. Conclusions Curative effects of hydrostatic enema with ultrasound guided are satisfactory for the treatment of acute intussusception in infants, and the technique is simple and safe, which is worth of popularization.
