239例颌骨骨折的围手术期整体护理

摘　　要：目的总结颌骨骨折患者的围手术期护理经验,探索提高手术成功率,减少并发症的方法。方法回顾分析我院近3年来收治颌骨骨折患者的围手术期护理经验。结果本组239例患者,全部采用骨折切开复位钛板坚固内固定治疗,复杂型颌骨骨折,同时配合颌间牵引固定或颅颌弹性绷带固定。术前术后给予相应护理,住院期间无因护理不当而引起并发症。结论加强对颌骨骨折患者的围手术期护理,是提高手术成功率减少并发症的重要措施之一。Objectlve To improve the success rate of operation and reduce the complications by summarizing the nursing experience of patients with jaw fracture during the perioperative period. Methods The nursing experience was retrospectively reviewed and analyzed of patients with jaw fracture during perioperative period in the latest 3 years in the First Teaching Hospital. Results All the 239 patients were treated with open reduction and internal by titanium plate. The intermaxillary traction fixation and craniomaxillary elastic bandage fixation were also operated in complicated ca- ses. Corresponding nursing was given preoperatively and postoperatively and no complications occurred during hospital- ization. Conclusions Enhancing perioperative nursing is an effective approach to improve success rate of operation and reduce the complications.
