广西与东盟农产品贸易关系的实证分析

摘　　要：一、问题的提出 2002年11月，中国与东盟各国领导人正式签署《中国-东盟全面经济合作框架协议》，这标志着中国-东盟自由贸易区（以下简称“CAFTA”）建设正式启动，在中国和东盟国家中占重要地位的农业成为CAFTA合作的重点内容之一。随后，2003年6月中国与泰国签署的《中泰蔬菜水果零关税协议》2004年1月针对中国与东盟农业合作和农产品贸易而启动的“早期收获”计划，其实质显示出中国与东盟农业合作以及农产品贸易始终是双方合作的重要领域。Based on Early Harvest Plan of CAFTA and Zero Tariff of Fruit and Vegetable Agreement of China-Thailand, using the revealed comparative advantage index, market Similarity index and trade complimentary index, it analy the agricultural products trading relationship and developmental trend of Guangxi-ASEAN. In the current agricultural trading situation of complementary and competition coexistence between Guangxi - ASEAN, it shows that the primary task is to adjust the agricultural production and export the structures of agricultural products, to promote diversification of export markets in agricultural products, to seek the growth mode of foreign trade breakthrough from production and trade structures of agricultural products of Guangxi-ASEAN.
