摘　　要：目的探讨尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复手掌软组织缺损的疗效。方法应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复17例17块手掌皮肤软组织缺损。结果17块皮瓣全部成活,其中2例远端部分皮肤出现暗紫、水疱,予以换药表层脱痂愈合。15例获随访,时间5个月～3年,皮瓣色泽、质地均较满意,掌指关节伸屈活动范围0°～85°,虎口区角度50°～60°,拇指对掌功能恢复良好。结论应用尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣修复手掌软组织缺损疗效满意。Objective To study the effect of repairing the palmar defects with akin flap pedicled with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery. Methods 17 patients with pahnar defects were treated with akin flap pedicled with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery. Results All of the 17 flaps survived after the surgery. Two cases appeared dark purple skin and blisters in distal part of the flap, and healed by change of surgical dressing. 15 cases were followed up for 5 - 36 months. The colour and texture of the flaps were satisfactory. Function of the wrist and fingers were restored to normal. Conclusions The akin flap pedicled with dorsal carpal branch of ulnar artery is effective in repair of the palmar defects.
