摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收棒髓内固定治疗短管状骨骨折的疗效。方法应用可吸收棒髓内固定治疗84例(136处)短管状骨骨折,术后对固定不牢固者辅以石膏外固定2～4周。结果所有病例接受定期随访,时间2～29(15±4.6)个月。骨折均在术后8周临床愈合,未发生严重并发症,关节活动良好。结论可吸收棒髓内固定用于短管状骨骨折治疗,手术简便,固定可靠,同时可以免去二次手术,是一种有效的治疗方法。但要把握好手术适应证。Objective To discuss the method and result of fixation of the fractures of short bones with intramedullary bioabsorbable implants. Methods 84 patients with 136 fractures of short bones were fixed using intramedullary bioabsorbable implants. Results All the patients were followed up with the period of 2 - 29 months, average of （ 15 ± 4. 6） months. All fractures recovered in 2 months without infection, pseudocyst etc. And the joints rang of motion was restored. Conclusions Under the condition of proper indication, fixation of the fractures of short bones with intramedullary bioabsorbable implants can achieve satisfactory results.
