摘　　要：在对C 3I系统互连互通性的定义做了阐述以及对实现能力的各类构件进行归纳和分析的基础上,提出了对互连互通能力进行评判的指标,重点对测试方法作了深入分析和研究,并指出了在C 3I系统互连互通能力评估方面今后需要进行的工作。Elaborating the definition of the Interconnection and intercommunicate of C^3I System, generalize and analysis the Various types of components that eompling the capacity of C^3I System,then Proposed interconnection capacity of the indicators to judge based on those, Focus on the test depth analysis and research, and Pointed out the need for future work that assessing the capacity of the system interconnection of C^3I System.
