摘　　要：斗笠式刀库由刀库横移装置、分度选刀装置以及主轴上的刀具自动装卸机构组成。横移装置保证刀库以正弦曲线的运动规律,从起始位置运动到换刀点换刀;分度装置保证刀库轮毂得到周期性间歇运动,起到刀库的转位分度作用;其分度槽槽数越多,刀库转位越平稳,但槽数增加会导致刀库轮盘尺寸增大,因此,合理的刀库容量尤为重要。The bamboo hat ATC of machine centre is made up of the horizontal moving device, dividing device and clamping ＆ releasing tool device in the spindle. The horizontal moving device makes that the ATC obeys sinusoidal rule when it moves from start point to changing tools point. The dividing device ensures that the tool wheel gains a periodical intermittent rotating action, and the ATC gains a dividing action. The more dividing slot, the more stably ATC rotates. But the increment of slots leads to increment of size of ATC. So it is very important to exactly select the tools capacity of ATC.
