摘  要:针对通过一定量的出砂来大幅度提高油井产能及一次采收率的问题,开展了从防砂机理上对现场应用的完井方式进行剖析对比,优选完井方式的研究。研究中使用了砾石充填和优质筛管防砂的完井方式,并以典型的稠油油藏NB35-2油田为例,对砾石充填、金属编织网布筛管和金属棉筛管完井方式的矿场防砂效果进行了对比性研究,得出裸眼金属棉筛管完井方式更适合油田实现适度出砂技术的应用,且在保证金属棉筛管强度的基础上,适当增加筛孔上"微孔"和"中大孔"数量,增大生产压差,将地层微粒有效、有序产出,改善近井地带地层的渗透能力,达到提高产能的目的。此研究为油田实施适度出砂开采完井方式的优化提供实例依据,同时对类似稠油油藏开发具有一定的借鉴意义。According to the problem of largely enhancing well production and primary oil recovery by a reasonable sanding,the authors of this paper research and compare well completion methods from sand prevention theory and the optimal completion methods.NB35-2 oilfield is taken as an example and a conclusion that metal kapok screen pipe is more suitable to reasonable sand production in open well completion through a series of simulation experiment as gravel pack completion,metal knit net screen pipe completion and metal kapok screen pipe completion is obtained.Moreover,metal kapok screen pipe intensity is ensured,micro pores and middle-large pores are properly increased,production pressure is heightened,which can bleed formation fines validly and ordinal,and formation penetration capability in immediate vicinity of wellbore can be improved to enhance oil production.The study places theory foundation for optimizing completion methods of reasonable sand production exploitation in oilfields,at the same time,the result can guide oil exploitation of such heavy oil reservoirs.
