摘 要:文章针对如何实现超细黑索今(RDX)的安全连续批量生产问题,提出了采用卧式搅拌球磨机制备超细RDX粉体的工艺方法,介绍了卧式搅拌球磨机粉碎原理,详细分析了卧式搅拌球磨机搅拌器转速、研磨时间、磨球种类、介质球填充率及RDX浆料浓度等工艺参数对超细RDX粉体产品粒度的影响。试验结果表明:搅拌球磨这种粉碎方式能制备粒度为D90=3.05μm的超细RDX粉体产品,工艺安全可控,产品质量稳定。这种超细RDX粉体产品能满足高性能炸药及高能推进剂的需要。This thesis deals with how to make the superfine powder of RDX by grinding mill in safe continuous mass production. The technology of making the superfine powder of RDX by horizontal grinding mill and the principle of it were introduced. The effects of various technological conditions ( the rotating speed of the stirrer of grinding mill, the types of grinding balls, grinding time, the volume ratio of grinding balls to the chamber of grinding mill, RDX concentration etc. ) on the particles sizes of RDX products were studied. Results of the experiments showed that the superfine powder of RDX with its particle size D90 =3. 05μm was got by grinding. And the technology was safe and controlled to ensure the stable quality of the products, which could meet the needs of high quality explosive and high energy propellant.
