摘　　要：涤纶经编拉绒织物深色品种生产过程中容易产生诸多左中右色差、头尾色差、耐洗色牢度差和拼白沾色等质量问题,导致这些疵病的原因有去油不净、染料筛选、设备车速差异和工艺控制不一等因素。文中介绍了深色涤纶经编拉绒织物染整生产工艺流程、工艺设备和工艺要点。Aiming at the problems for color difference of side-to-side shading and tailing, poor color fastness to washing, and staining etc, dyeing and finishing of polyester warp-knitted brushed fabric in deep shade were introduced concerning process, equipment and key points. The relative solutions were also proposed.
