摘 要:介绍了纯棉热熔粘合衬布前处理、防缩整理、粉点涂层整理工艺,探讨了防皱整理剂用量、整理液pH值、焙烘温度和时间对整理衬布甲醛释放量、折皱回复角和断裂强力的影响,确定了优化的生产工艺。热熔粘合衬布用PE粉点涂层后,再经机械预缩整理,其经向缩水率-0.8%,纬向缩水率-0.7%,甲醛释放量35.9 mg/kg,剥离强力25.8 N,达到优等品指标值。Technological process of fusible cotton interlinings were introduced, such as pre-treatment, shrinkproof finish, powder point coating. Effects of the dosage of wrinkle resistant finish, pH value of finishing solution, curing temperature and time on the released formaldehyde, crease recovery angle and breaking strength of finished interlinings were discussed, the optimum conditions were defined. After PE powder point coating and pre-shrinking,shrinkages in warp and weft reached -0.8% and -0.7% respectively, released formaldehyde decreased to 35.9 mg/kg and peeling strength was 25.8 N.
