摘　　要：文章讨论了通信移动运营商在通信标准、平台和技术不同的异构系统间组建混合网络存在的对接难度和工作量都非常大的现状。为了解决这些问题,引入了SOAP/Web Service技术,分析研究了SOAP/Web Service的架构和特点,提出了基于SOAP/Web Service标准在异构环境下集成应用系统的优点,并利用该技术实现通信网管的对接。The paper discusses the difficulties and heavy workloads in docking of heterogeneous systems with different communication standards, platforms and technologies when the communications operator forms their own operating network. In order to solve these problems, the technology of SOAP/Web Service is introduced. Its framework and features are studied. The advantages of the integrated application system in the heterogeneous systems based on SOAP/Web Service standards are discussed,and the docking of communications network management systems by using this technology is analyzed.
