摘　　要：设计并实现对电磁感应式的汽车轮速传感器的电性能进行自动测试,通过采用电源滤波并根据产品输出电压的不同进行不同倍数的精密运放,用具有USB接口的USB2003数据采集卡采集数据并用VB软件对最终测试的输出信号进行处理和管理。对系统功能在软件的功能及硬件方面作了较详细的论述。This paper designs and accomplishes the automatic test of the electrical properties of the rotational speed sensors of automobiles that are electromagnetically inductive. By using power fil- ter, the author conducts precise instrumentation of different multiples based on different output voltages of various products. Data are collected via the USB2003 data acquisition card with a USB interface, and the output signals of the final test are processed and managed via the VB software. Meanwhile, a detailed description is made on the system function, including its software and hardware.
