摘　　要：文章在简要介绍了普遍服务理念的基础上,着重阐述了近年来中国在农村通信建设上的成果以及经验。并提出了推进农村信息化建设的措施和建议。Based on the introduction of the meaning of telecommunication universal service, this article expounded the recent production and experiences in China, and putted forward several measure and suggestions on advancing the rural informatization construction.
