摘  要:在不同温度和苛性碱浓度条件下研究了亚油酸对铝酸钠溶液加晶种分解附聚过程的影响。结果表明,少量亚油酸能轻微提高铝酸钠溶液的分解率,但能显著增加产品平均粒度。较之空白实验,添加量为4mg/L时,8h使分解率增加0.22%,使产品平均粒径增加8μm;添加量为200mg/L时,8h使分解率降低5%,使产品平均粒径减小5μm。低温和低苛性碱浓度时亚油酸促进溶液分解,高温和中等苛性碱浓度时,亚油酸促进溶液中细粒子附聚。The effect of linoleic acid as additive on the seeded precipitation of sodium aluminate solution has been investigated under different experimental conditions of temperature and concentration of Na2Ok. The results show that a small quantity of linoleic acid e.an accelerate slightly the precipitation of sodium aluminate solution but increase the average particle size of product obviously. Compared to the blank experiments, the precipitation ratio is increased by 0.22 % and the average particle size is enlarged by 8μm in 8 hours with the dosage of 4 mg/1. While the preeipitaion ratio is decreased by 5 % and the average particle size is reduced by 5μm in 8 hours with the dosage of 200mg/1. It is also found that low temperature and concentration of Na2Ok is good for the precipitation but high temperature and medium concentration of Na2Ok benefit to the agglomeration of fine particles with linoleic acid added to the sodium aluminate solution.
