摘  要:利用组织分析的方法,研究了工艺措施对液态机械搅拌铸造法制备的SiCp/6061Al复合材料中SiC颗粒分布均匀性的影响。结果表明:真空状态下650℃预处理3h,可提高SiC颗粒表面的活性,改善增强颗粒与铝液之间的润湿性;在Ar气流量0.4 m3/h,温度760℃,搅拌速度1500 r/min,搅拌时间25min的工艺条件下,可得到增强颗粒分布均匀、气孔和夹渣极少的铝基复合材料。The effects of process factors on the distribution uniformity SiC particles in 6061 aluminium alloy composites by stirring casting have been investigated by the method of microstructure analysis. The results show that the wettability between the SiC particles and liquid aluminium was improved when the said particles were carried out pretreatment at 650℃ for 3h under vacuum condition, owing to the increased activity of the sudace of SiC particles. The aluminum matrix composite with uniformity SiC particles was obtained when the Ar flow rate, the temperature, stirring speed and time are 0.4 m^3/h, 760℃, 1500 r/min and 25 min, respectively. Moreover, the obtained aluminium matrix composite has gas porosity and less slag.
