摘　　要："SOLAS 2009"对原"SOLAS第Ⅱ-1章"的内容作了重大修改。文章以货船为例,对修订后的SOLAS第Ⅱ-1章中"统一的破舱稳性规则"与原有规则归纳对比和计算分析,指出了基于实际计算的关键要素,可为船舶总体设计提供参考。The contents of SOLAS Chapter Ⅱ-1 have been modified in SOLAS 2009. With comparison and analysis of the modified regulation and the old one in damaged stability calculation based on comprehension on the requirements for cargo ships, this paper presents some key factors for overall design reference.
