摘  要:初步建立了用气相色谱法测定小麦粉中残留的微量硫酰氟的方法。色谱条件:色谱柱为Porapak色谱柱,检测器为ECD检测器。在Porapak色谱柱上硫酰氟能较好地与空气组分分离。硫酰氟含量在0.001-1.0 mg/L时,其含量与其峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);小麦粉中硫酰氟含量为2.5×10^-10时,回收率为90.0%,相对标准偏差为2.48%;含量为2.5×10^-9时,回收率为101.2%,相对标准偏差为1.65%;在小麦粉中对硫酰氟的检出限(S/N=3)低于10^-11,定量限(S/N=10)低于10^-10,能满足硫酰氟残留量0.05 mg/kg(5×10^-8)的检测要求。该法操作简便、快速,准确性高,重复性好。A method for determination of sulfuryl fluoride (SF) residue in wheat by gas chromatography was es- tablished primarily. The method needed Porapak chromatographic column and ECD detector, SF can be separated effectively from air by Porapak column. There was good linear relationship between peak area and content (r=0. 9994) while SF content was 0. 001-1.0 mg/L. When the content of SF was 2.5 ×10^-10 and 2.5 ×10^-9 respectively, their corresponding recovery was 90.0 % and 101.2 %, relative standard deviation was 2.48% and 1.65%. It can meet determination requirements (SF residue 0.05 mg/kg) when detection limit of SF (S/N= 3) in wheat was less than 10^-11 and quantification limit (S/N= 10) less than 10^-10. The method is convenienty and rapidy, had high accuracy and good repeatability.
