摘　　要："零口供规则"在一定程度上缓解了刑讯逼供现象产生的可能性,但是它全盘否定了口供的价值,在我国现阶段的司法环境下并不适用。通过对"零口供规则"进行反思,正确地运用口供原则,理性地去判断口供的真伪,才是解决口供去留的关键。To some extent, ＂absence of confession rule＂ prevents the situation from extorting confessions by torture. However, it completely negates the value of confession and does not fit the present judicial environment of China. The writer thinks rationally judging the authenticity of the statement by reflecting on ＂absence of confession rule＂ and exercising correctly the principle of confession should be the key to decide if the oral confession remains or not.
