摘  要:应用Solidworks/COSMOS分析软件,对棉秆粉碎还田机的核心工作部件刀辊进行运动分析,得出甩刀的运动轨迹、速度、加速度和轴端载荷的规律;讨论了甩刀分布对漏割的影响;并通过有限元分析对辊轴和甩刀进行了模态与强度分析。由此验证了机具结构及相关部件参数设计的合理性,为机具的设计提供了理论依据。Movement analysis of the knife axis which is the key working part of field cotton straw chopper was described by application of Solidworks/COSMOS analysis software to get movement laws of track, velocity, acceleration and shaft load of the knife, and the impact of arrangement of the knife to missed cut was discussed, and then modal analysis and strength analysis of the knife rollers were carried out based on finite element analysis. It was verified that the y structural design of equipment and parameters design of related parts were reasonable. These can offer necessary theoretical basis for design of machines.
