摘 要:建立了联合收割机风筛式清选装置单颗粒的透筛概率公式,指出了影响农业物料透筛的因素主要有物料颗粒在筛面上的跳动次数、下落倾角和相对粒度大小。采用高速摄像系统及数字图像处理技术对物料颗粒在清选装置中的透筛过程进行了试验研究,通过对试验结果进行极差分析,得出了振动筛主要工作参数与物料透筛概率之间的关系,为联合收割机清选装置的优化设计提供了依据。According to the working principle of the cleaning mechanism, the screen - penetrating probability formula of single particle was deduced in this article and then the major factors composed of the particle flounce frequency on screen surface, falling inclination and relative size were received. The high -speed video system and the image processing method were used to experimental study on the screening process of agricultural materials and the relationship between the major working parameters and materials passage probability was received through the range analysis. These results would provide references for the optimum design of cleaning mechanism.
