摘　　要：从农产品品质安全监控系统的结构与功能设计入手,全面介绍了整个系统的设计构思;提出了利用WebGIS技术和短信平台实现对农产品质量安全监测信息的收集与发布,建立集成生产、加工和流通于一体的农产品安全监测与预警系统;并对地图查询与短信平台子系统的开发做了详细描述。This paper will introduce the system structure and the functional design, this essay comprehensively introduced the design idea of the overall system, proposed the realization of information collection and issue to the agricultural product quality security monitor using the WebGIS technology and the short note platform, established the integration body of production, processing and circulation of the agricultural product security monitor and the early warning system, and made the detailed description on the development of the map inquiry and the short note platform subsystem .
