氯普鲁卡因预防丙泊酚注药痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用氯普鲁卡因减轻丙泊酚注药痛的效果。方法选择择期行人工流产术患者200例,随机分为4组,每组50例。Ⅰ组静脉注射1%的丙泊酚;Ⅱ组先静脉注射30mg氯普鲁卡因后静脉注射1%的丙泊酚;Ⅲ组先静脉注射60mg氯普鲁卡因后静脉注射1%的丙泊酚;Ⅳ组静脉注射90mg氯普鲁卡因同时阻断局部静脉回流,30s后静注1%的丙泊酚。各组在静脉注射丙泊酚5s后询问患者疼痛情况,选用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)为标准,进行评分、记录。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅰ组比较发生丙泊酚注药痛的程度轻,Ⅳ组丙泊酚注药痛的程度较Ⅱ、Ⅲ组更轻。结论预注30mg,60mg,90mg氯普鲁卡因均能减轻丙泊酚的注药痛,预注90mg氯普鲁卡因让其维持在局部静脉内30s效果更好。Objective To explore the effect of chloroprocaine on the pain caused by propofol injection. Methods Two hundred patients were randomly divided into 4 groups ： group Ⅰ （ n = 50）, group Ⅱ （ n = 50 ）, group Ⅲ（ n = 50 ） and group Ⅳ （ n - 50 ）. The patients were injected intravenously with 1% propofol in group Ⅰ. The patients in group Ⅱ and group In received bolus injection of chloroprocaine 30 mg and 60 mg before the infusion of 1% propofol,respectively. While the patients in group IVreceived bolus injection of chloroprocaine 90 mg with the block of the vein for 30 s before the infusion of 1% propofol. The degrees of pain were scored and recorded with visual analogue scale （VAS） as the standard after propofol administration for 5 s. Results The patients in group Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ felt less pain than in group Ⅰ ,and the patients in group Ⅳ felt the least pain. Conclusion Preintravenous injection of 30 mg,60 mg and 90 mg chloroprocaine could effectively relieve the propofol injection pain, but preintravenous injection of 90 mg chloroprocaine and block of the vein for 30 s will have an even better effect.
