糖代谢异常孕妇体质指标、脂肪因子对出生体重的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在血糖控制良好的糖代谢异常孕妇中,孕妇的体质指标、瘦素和脂联素等脂肪因子与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法收集2006年11月-2007年2月住院分娩的糖代谢异常且血糖控制良好的孕妇51例。分析入选孕妇的体质指标、血清及脐血中的瘦素、脂联素水平与新生儿出生体重的关系。结果新生儿出生体重与孕妇的多项体质指标如孕前体质指数(BMI,body mass index)等正相关(r=0.289,P=0.040),与脐血中的瘦素(r=0.316,P=0.024)和脂联素水平(r=0.855,P=0.026)正相关。结论在糖代谢异常的孕妇中,孕前及产前的肥胖程度与新生儿的出生体重有关,而新生儿的出生体重与脐血的瘦素、脂联素水平密切相关。Objective To evaluate the relationships among maternal constitutional, leptin, adiponcetin and infant birth weight in pregnant women with glucose intolerance under good control of blood glucose. Methods 51 cases with disturbance of glucose metabolism but under good control of blood glucose were recruited in our hospital from November 2006 to February 2007. Maternal demographic,leptin and adiponcetin were detected and the relation to infant birth weight was evaluated. Results The infant birth weight had positive correlation with many maternal constitutional factors such as pre-pregnaney body mass index （ BMI, r = 0. 289, P = 0. 040）, levels of leptin （ r = 0.316, P = 0. 024） and adiponcetin （ r = 0. 855, P = 0. 026） in cord blood. Conclusion The infant birth weight are closely associated with the pre-gravid and pre-partum maternal obesity, levels of leptin and adiponcet in cord blood in pregnant women with glucose intolerance.
