摘 要:为给驱蚊草进行大规模的商业化生产打下技术基础,本实验以驱蚊草茎段为外植体,在添加不同种类、浓度植物激素处理组合的培养基上进行培养.然后利用生物统计学方法对所得数据进行处理,确定适合外植体不定芽诱导的最适培养基.实验结果如下:以驱蚊草幼嫩茎段为外植体时,茎段不定芽诱导的最适培养基为:MS+NAA1.0 mg/L+BA1.0 mg/L,15天之后开始形成不定芽,诱导率达75.12%.To lay a solid technological foundation of large - scale commercialized production of Mozzie buster. The stems of Mozzie buster are used in the experiment. Tissue culture is adopted on the culture medium treated by adding different species and concentrations of plant hormones to culture the explants of Mozzie buster. Then the method of biological statistics is used to treat the acquired data. The optial culture medium for the initiation of adventitious buds from two kinds of explants has been selected. The results of experiment are as follows: This experiment takes Mozzie buster's young tender stems as explants. The most suitable medium for the initiation of adventitious buds from stems is MS medium supplemented with 1.0mg/L NAA and 1.0mg/L BA. After about 15 days the adventitious buds are formed and the percentage of propagation of adventitious buds is 75.12%.
