摘　　要：本题库根据经典测量理论,重点对题库的难度和区分度进行研究和改进,充分发挥了教师的主动性,同时借鉴经典测量理论增强其规范性,提高题库的实用性。The average item bank management system selects group measured samples according to the Classical Test Theory. Based on the results of that analysis, the system modifies or chooses a suitable test data in order to complete the building. The university computer courses have their own characteristics which make the average system limited. This designed item bank on the one hand give fullplay to the initiative of teachers; on the other hand enhance its normalization based on classical testing theories.
