摘　　要：网络技术的广泛使用,使网站争夺用户的竞争愈演愈烈,用户的浏览兴趣、行为模式是网站设计的导向标.对Web使用挖掘的数据收集与预处理技术、模式发现与模式分析技术的理论和方法进行了梳理以及Web使用挖掘在电子商务中的应用,并对Web使用挖掘研究中存在的问题做了一些探讨.The extensive use of network technology, makes the competfion for customers of the website stronger and stronger. The skimming interest and behavior patterns of the users are the criteria for the website designing. In this paper, the theories and methods of usage and excavation in Web are reviewed, including the data collection and pretreatment technology of the usage and excavation in Web, the techniques of model discoveries and model analysis, as well as the applications of usage and excavation in Web which apply in ecommerce, and some researches made on the problems existing in the usage and excavation in Web.
