摘　　要：对常压锅炉与有压锅炉热水供暖系统锅炉房建设管理手续、建设费用、设备投资、运行费用等五大方面２０个项目进行了综合对比，用综合评价和全寿命费用分析法比较了两者的经济性，指出了降低常压系统循环泵能耗的途径和系统应用的可行性．20 Objects including boiler room constructional management ,first invenstment ,annual operaton costs and so on are compared to heating system for normal pressure boiler and pressure boiler.And the two economics is analyzed by comprehersive and all life cost analysis method.The way for cycle pump energy consumption and feasibility of atm pressure system is pointed out.
