痰热清注射液对COPD急性发作患者血清IL-17和IL-8表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清注射液配合常规疗法治疗COPD急性发作的疗效及其作用机制。方法104例COPD急性发作期患者随机分为常规疗法组和联用痰热清治疗组;联用痰热清治疗组在常规疗法的基础上联用痰热清注射液治疗。观察两组临床疗效并检测患者血清IL-17和IL-8的含量变化。结果联用痰热清治疗组显效率为67.92%,常规疗法组为54.90%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后联用痰热清治疗组患者血清IL-17和IL-8的含量明显低于常规组。结论在常规疗法的基础上联用痰热清注射液治疗COPD急性发作能明显提高临床疗效,这可能与痰热清注射液能明显降低患者IL-17和IL-8的分泌,减轻其调控中性粒细胞在呼吸道的募集和激活,进而减轻COPD的炎症过程有关。Objective To observe the effects of treatment with Tanreqing injections combined routine methods in acute COPD and study the mechanism of action. Methods 104 patients with COPD were divided into two groups randomly. In the combined group,we add Tanreqing injections to treatment. We observed the effects of treatment and detected IL - 17 and IL - 8 levels of patients. Results The combined group＇s effective rate was 67.92% ,and routine methods group was 54.90%. Difference was apparent（P 〈0. 05）. The levels of IL - 17 and IL - 8 in combined group was significantly lower than those in routine group （P 〈 0.01 ） after treatment. Conclusion Rou- tine treatment combined with Tanreqing injections can heighten the curative effect in COPD. Tanreqing could lower markedly secretion of IL - 17 and IL - 8, lighten recruitment and activation of neutrophil in respiratory tract and lessen inflammation of COPD.
