摘　　要：ZJ112型卷接机组由移位寄存器实现烟支剔除和堵塞检查.对于剔除分析,以目标重量取样、缺嘴烟支的吹拢和剔除、空头烟支的剔除为例,分析了SRM取样阀、搓烟轮剔除阀、检测轮剔除的烟支检测和剔除过程;对于堵塞检查,以搓烟轮堵塞为例,分析了堵塞检查算法的设计原理.从分析过程可以看出:新的烟支剔除和堵塞检查类似于模块化程序设计,有较好的可移植性和灵活性.Model ZJ112 cigarette making combination achieves cigarette rejecting and jam check with shift register. As for rejecting analysis, this article takes target-weight sampling, blow and reject of tip-missing cigarettes, and reject of loose-end cigarettes as example, analyzing the cigarette inspection and rejecting process of SRM sampling valve, rejecting valve of rolling drum, and inspection drum. As for jam check, it takes jam of rolling drum as example, analyzing the design principle of counting method for jam check. It could be found from the analyzing process that the latest cigarette-rejecting and jam-check is similar to modular programming with flexibility and portability.
