摘  要:采用复性电泳技术,研究了洛玉23 F1代与亲本间在苗期的叶、叶鞘、种胚和根系等器官的过氧化物酶(POD)表达差异,结果表明:在F1代苗期的叶、叶鞘、种胚和根系等不同器官中均检测到了来自母本和父本的POD互补酶带,这些遗传自双亲的互补酶带可能与F1的杂交优势有关;各器官POD酶谱存在一定差异,总酶活依次为:根系>叶片>叶鞘>胚乳;在胚乳中检测到的部分共有酶带以F1代中的活性最强,说明某些酶带在遗传给后代时其活性可能还存在累加效应。The differential expression of peroxidase isoenzymes between first filial generation of Louyu 23 and its parents in leaves,leaf sheaths,endosperms and roots of seedlings were analyzed with Renaturation electrophoresis. The results showed that the complementary enzyme bands from both parents were detected in the leaves,leaf sheaths,endosperms and roots of filial genera- tion,which may be relevant to the heterosis expressed in filial generation. The POD zymograms were different in different organs. The order of total enzyme activity was roots 〉 leaves 〉 leaf sheaths〉endosperms. Some common enzyme bands detected in endosperms were stronger in filial generation than in parents, indicating that the activities of these enzymes had additive effect in the course of inheritance. The high-resolution and distinct bands of POD Renaturation Electrophoresis provided an effective detection means for inheritance research and early - generation screening in cross breeding.
