摘  要:为探讨奶牛合理的超排方法,采用分离的X冻精对17头超数排卵的荷斯坦奶牛进行人工授精,生产体内性控胚胎。结果表明,处理Ⅰ组在头均获卵数、可用胚及退化胚几个方面都低于处理Ⅱ组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);头均黄体数和未受精数,Ⅰ组高于Ⅱ组(P>0.05);青年牛头均获卵数、可用胚和退化胚方面都高于经产牛组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);青年牛头均未受精卵数显著高于经产牛(P<0.05),头均黄体数低于经产牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。In order to approach possible superovulation method, 17 superovulated holstein cattles were inseminated with X - sorted sperm to product sexing - embryos in vivo. The result showed that the average number of embryos collected per cattle, useful embryos and degraded eggs of treatment group Ⅰ is lower than that of group Ⅱ , but no significant difference was observed (P〉0.05). The number of corpus luteum and unfertilizaed eggs of treatment group Ⅰ is higher than that of group Ⅱ (P〉0.05). For young cattles,the numbers of embryos,useful embryos and degraded eggs are higher than that of multiparaous cows with no significant difference(P〉0.05), while the unfertilizaed eggs of group Ⅰ was significant different from that of group Ⅱ (P〈 0.05). Additionally,the corpus luteum of young cattles was lower than that of multiparaous cows with no significant difference (P〉0.05).
