摘 要:目的:探讨实施家属参与的多阶段同步教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:2型糖尿病患者70例,随机分为对照组和实验组各35例,均给予降糖药物治疗,对照组按常规护理;实验组则接受有家属同步参与的多阶段糖尿病健康教育方案,内容包括卫生宣教,心理、生活、运动及出院后指导。健康教育前及健康教育6个月后采用生活质量指数评定量表及遵医行为量表对2组患者进行评定。结果:实验组患者健康教育后,生活质量指数量表中身体、角色和情绪领域及总体生活质量评分与治疗前及对照组比较均明显提高(P<0.01、0.05);遵医行为的例数率亦明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:实施家属同步教育可提高糖尿病患者家属的照料水平及配合能力,改善糖尿病患者的生活质量。Objective: To study the influence of multi-stage synchronous education of diabetic family members on the life quality of diabetic patients. Methods: Seventy inpatients were randomly divided into two group: control group and experimental group (n: 35 each). All patients were subjected to antihyperglycemie therapy and routine nursing. Besides, the patients in experimental group received multi-stage diabetes health education. During hospitalization and 6 months after discharge, assessment scale of life quality index was used to evaluate and compare life quality of patients in both groups. Results: The total life quality score of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than in control group (P〈0. 01,0. 05). Conclusion: Management of synchronous education of diabetic family members is beneficial to improve caring level and fit capability of family members, and the life quality of elder diabetic patients.
